Two Thin Mints cookies should not cause anything worse than some slight stomach upset. There is not enough chocolate to cause serious toxicity. Monitor for vomiting or diarrhea. Typically, this can be managed at home with a 12-24 hour fast followed by a bland diet fed in small, frequent amounts until symptoms resolve. Slowly transition to the regular diet afterwards.
