My dog ate a Pocky stick without chocolate. Will he be okay?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I don’t see anything overtly dangerous in them, though the green tea could have a little caffeine. In general, it probably didn’t hurt Cocoa but it’s not the best choice for a treat. Stick to dog treats in the future- especially if you’re not sure what something is because there are few things that are very dangerous to dogs (xylitol, macadamia nuts to name a few). I see he's a good sized dog at 55lbs, so chances are eating this cookie is not going to cause him any problems. At most, you may see some GI upset, but I wouldn't be surprised if you don't see anything at all. It can take up to 24 hours for signs of chocolate toxicity to occur, so monitor him over this time period. Do not let him get ahold of any more cookies! I hope this helps!

Pepe will likely be fine unless he is unusually sensitive. White chocolate has the lowest concentration of the chocolates. He may experience some vomiting or diarrhea or he may have no signs at all. To be safe, watch for signs of toxicity such as tremoring, seizures and hyper excitability. If you want to be proactive in regards to possible GI upset, you can feed him a bland diet of 25% boiled white meat chicken and 75% plain boiled white rice tonight and tomorrow morning. A single chocolate-covered donut should not contain enough chocolate to cause any problems for a dog this size, so I wouldn't worry - she should be just fine :) She may have some mild stomach upset for the next 24 hours or so if she isn't used to eating human food like this, but she should not have any toxicity problems related to the chocolate.

Fortunately, there is very little actual chocolate in a Kit Kat bar - not nearly enough to cause any toxicity issues, even in a fairly small dog like Kimbo. He may have some mild stomach upset if he isn't used to eating "human food" like this, but otherwise should be just fine :)

I don't think this will cause him any harm. Worse that could happen is he may end up with some diarrhea. If that does occur usually it is self-limiting meaning it will go away on it's own in a day or two. Hope this helps. Best wishes!
