My small dog ate paper towel with piercing cleaner. Will he be okay?

This should be ok. The paper towel should pass without problem, and at most, you may see some stomach upset from Max from the antibacterial cleaner. As long as it doesn't contain bleach, he should be fine. If the antibacterial cleaner contains bleach, then yes, have him seen by a vet now.

If it was just a small piece of paper towel, it will likely pass through the intestinal tract without problems. Watch Gizmo's poop for the next 3-4 days and you should see it when it comes out. Should Gizmo get diarrhea and then vomiting, you need to take him to your vet for an exam as then the paper may have caused an obstruction. The chances of Teddy having any problem is unlikely with such a small amount. You did good by diluting it out with water. If you have milk of magnesia, you can also give him 0.5mL (approximately 1/8 teaspoon) of that to also help him. The biggest concern is him developing oral ulcers or esophageal ulcers. Watch him closely to make sure he is eating, drinking and acting normally over the next few days. If anything abnormal is noticed, have your vet take a look at him. I hope this helps!

Poor Jake! I assume Jake got the tissue after it had been through the full wash cycle, because if so most of the detergent should have rinsed out of it. If he didn't chew too much of the tissue I doubt he ingested that much of the chemicals. The chemicals tend to not be harmful in small quantities, so he should be fine. I would keep a close eye on him for the next 24 hours, he may develop a bit of an upset tummy. If he starts vomiting and can't stop or seems to getting dull I would visit the vet. Otherwise just keep an eye and give him plenty of water.
