My 3-month-old Pomeranian ate grapes. Are grapes toxic to dogs?

My 3 months old pom has eaten 2 large grapes will he be okay?

There is chemical in grapes that is toxic to dogs but 2 grapes will contain a relatively small amount. Usually issues arrise when dogs eat a whole packet off raisins. I would monitor Bruno closely and visit the vet if he seems to be unwell.
