My dog ate cranberry pills. Are they harmful or will he be okay?

Fortunately nothing in this list is dangerous for him even in high amounts, as far as this goes he should be fine, he might suffer from some diarrhea or vomiting but nothing serious. regarding the UTI though, this product will probably not solve the condition, you will have to take him to the vet in order to have a course of antibiotics.

Poor Piper! Creatine pills do cause GI upset in dogs, but they aren't toxic. You can try withholding food and feeding a bland diet. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, she vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away.

However, my research does not indicate any further toxicity concerns beyond gastrointestinal symptoms. If her symptoms continue over the next few hours, I would suggest taking her to the vet to check her electrolytes and provide symptomatic therapy for her diarrhea and vomiting. In that case a bland diet of boiled chicken breast and boiled white rice may be helpful for a few days to help settle things.
