My large senior dog ate cooked sweet yucca root. Will she be okay?

My dog ate a small amount of cooked sweet yucca root. Maybe 1-2 square inches. She's 83lbs & 11 years old.

It's not likely Ani will show any toxicity signs at this dosage, but you could potentially see drooling, vomiting and slight lethargy, on the other hand she might not show any symptoms and either way should be fine.
