My dog ate cloth and is acting sick. Should I worry about blockage?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | 4 months and 11 days old | 57 lbs

Yesterday night my pup ate a piece of thick cloth.Today morning she passed a little amount of stool.I observed her today, she is not playing as much as she usually do. Is there something I should be worrying about? Kindly suggest

It is possible that the cloth that Ghontu ate could cause a blockage in her intestines. If this is the case, it could become a life threatening surgical emergency. If Ghontu is not eating or drinking normally or if she begins vomiting, you should take her to a veterinarian immediately. Good luck! I hope Ghontu is feeling better soon.
