My dog ate a Clorox wipe. Is it an emergency? What should I do?

That was naughty of Luna to get ahold of this wipe. Luckily the wipe is bleach free, which is great! Likely she didn't eat it, but keep an eye on her for excessive drooling, mouth pain, lethargy, and decreased appetite. If you see any of those signs, have her seen by a vet. I hope this helps!

You would need to check with ASPCA poison control (https://www.aspca.org/pet-care/animal-poison-control) to be safe, but I do not believe that the chlorox wipes contain bleach. However, they do contain some ingredients that can be irritating to the mouth. However, those ingredients normally take a while to show up as a problem. My suspicion would be that there was something in the wipe that tasted bad or was bitter which caused the foaming and that was irritating enough to cause the vomiting. At this point in time, Caine is too sick to treat at home. I'm very concerned about her symptoms, and she has to see a vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. While there is not an antidote, there are medications that can help with the symptoms that are simply not over the counter. She may be fine, but I will give you some thinks you can do for her. First, give her a small bowl of milk. This may help neutralize any bleach present. Then check her mouth, see if you can see any redness in her mouth. If you do, she will need to see a vet. Otherwise, keep an eye on her.
