Chocolate toxicity has n effect on the brain and heart, it can cause long term heart condition which might be the source of the symptoms Tink is having, you must take her to the vet urgently to have an ECG done.

This depends on the amount and type of chocolate eaten. It could be GI signs such as vomiting and diarrhea to more serious signs such as tremors, abnormal heart rate, seizures, collapse, and death. If you see any of those signs, take Zoey into a vet immediately. Best of luck.
