My dog ate chocolate cake, is hyperactive and panting. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 70 lbs

My dog has eaten a tiny bit of this chocolate cake I had that I dropped whist putting in the bin, what do I do!. He’s really hyperactive, panting and has a fast heart rate

Hello. I do not think this small amount of chocolate will harm Twix. It would take at least 4-6 ounces before clinical signs would be apparent in this large a dog. If this was only a tablespoon or so, he will be fine. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
