Daisy chewed on a cotton ball that had been used to remove nail polish with acetone. She didn’t swallow it but I am still concerned about what could happen to her.

Nail polish remover is caustic to the skin and mucosa membranes, which means that it can produce burns in the mouth, esophageus or stomach. If Samson is doing ok, he is not vomiting and has good appetite it is unlikely that he suffers from any of these problems. However, I would suggest you to take him to your vet and get him checked over to make sure that he is ok.
