I would not give her cannabis oil without consulting with your veterinarian. We are not in a position legally to give out this kind of advice. It is not legal to give marijuana to dogs except in states where recreational use is legal since no state recognizes medical marijuana for dogs. Cannabis oil might be what you’re referring to which has a very low level of THC. Cannabis oil is considered a supplement and even though it is legal for recreational use in many states it is still in a grey zone for dogs and has not been extensively researched. You might be better off starting with a veterinary supplement for anxiety that contains theanine or colostrum complex like Composure, Anxitane or Solliquin.
