Why is my dog acting weird and won't sleep at my girlfriend's house?

Any abrupt change in behavior is a good reason to go to the vet. It could be there is some underlying medical condition causing his change. That is quite strange behavior! Does he act like something is getting his behind? tucking his tail and running away from something. If so, I would have his anal glands checked by your vet. If not, then you may just want to have a thorough exam done to ensure nothing else is hurting or causing him to be so anxious.
