Dog diagnosed w/ pancreatitis, now in control. Also has bad acid reflux all through the day and night. Recently, uti. Blood work good for age. Meds: 40 mg daily of Famotidine (20 morning/20 night). Penicillin shots for uti. Will now hardly eat. Why does he keep producing so much stomach acid; how to stop it? Also, pants heavily on and off during the day, w/ some pain or at least very uncomfortable. This can be before or after eating. Comes on and off like a light switch. What is causing this? TY
