As she nears the end of her pregnancy, around 60-65 days, you'll want to have an X-ray taken to count number of babies (if you don't know by then) to know how many to expect, and make sure a whelping box is ready for her to use when she goes into labor.

Hello. If she got pregnant 41 days ago, she may not start showing significantly for another week. However, if she first tied 41 days ago, & then tied at a second breeding, then I might start counting from the second tie vs. the first. If she is only carrying 1-2 puppies, it may be another week or so before the fetuses are large enough to start filling the abdomen. Just in case she is pregnant, switch her to a good quality puppy food & increase the amount. You do not want her to go into the last part of her pregnancy or start nursing puppies when she is so skinny. You might want to have your vet take a look at Ali to see why she is so skinny & make sure she is healthy enough to carry & successfully raise her litter. Hello, I do see that her nipples and mammary glands are more developed in some of her pictures. Pregnancy in canines can range between 55-65 days and development of mammary glands is most noticeable towards the end of pregnancy. Based on what I’m seeing there is a chance she could be pregnant, however you’d be able to confirm this with an X-ray or an ultrasound. I would recommend having her evaluated by your veterinarian when possible to confirm she is pregnant and ensure she is in good health to undergo a pregnancy. Hope this helps and best of luck.
