How to determine my puppy's age if he looks young and can't see well?

I am not able to tell from the picture how old your puppy is. The best way to get an accurate age estimate is to have a veterinarian evaluate the puppy. If the puppy’s teeth have erupted then he is at least 6 weeks old. It would also be helpful to know his breed, how much he weighs now, and how big the parents were. I hope this helps. We cannot tell you how old the dog is just by looking at a photo. All I can tell you is that if he has all his adult teeth then he is at least 6 months old. Hi there. There is no way for us to age him without looking at his teeth. That being said, he appears to be between 6 and 8 weeks of age. You can take him to any local vet and they will age him for you. If you just got him from the side of the road he likely needs vaccinations and deworming urgently - you should have that done as soon as possible.

It is only possible to evaluate the age of a puppy up to the age of 6 weeks, this is done according to the teeth (canines teeth grow at the age of 4 weeks, molars at 6 weeks). after that age it is usually a pure educated guess.

She looks like she could be 3-4 months old. Look at her teeth. At around 4 months of age she should start losing baby teeth. She may be a Malinois, but is difficult to determine by one image. A reputable breeder will provide paperwork, pedigree, vaccine history, etc. Your veterinarian should be able to make a determination of age and breed after a physical exam. She has to be examined anyway to get her vaccines.
