She may have a little sadness at the loss of her sister, but it should be very temporary (a week would be usual). She may not be her active self; she may even refuse to eat for a day or two. But all puppies need to go off on their own eventually (except in those cases where a breeder keeps two or sells two together). Eva should be just fine.

Place her bed in there and she should quickly be drawn to it as a place of comfort and safety. I'd also look into a product called Adaptil, which is a canine pheromone that can help reduce stress and anxiety in new environments. Give it time. It is a difficult phase for Honey right now, but she should gradually get used to her new home and learn to love her new family, if you are patient, consistent, and offer her a nurturing loving home! Poor pup! If she's feeling lonely, some things that can help mimic littermates include wrapping a warm water bottle or ticking clock in a cloth and letting her sleep with it. This can help mimic the warmth and heartbeat of a friend. Spending time socializing with her, and perhaps offering a fun toy or puzzle toy to help keep her occupied, or playing a soothing radio or TV station can help her to relax some and not feel so lonely. If she doesn't perk up, or shows any signs of illness in addition to this, ruling out any health issues with a vet checkup is also always a good idea.

Give a special new toy or some play time to to the howler when his littermate is taken away. Keep the littermate away for only 2 minutes, then put them back together. Repeat several times per day, slowly increasing the time that the littermate is gone. It may take several days or even weeks but this usually works well if done consistently. Congrats on your new puppies! First thing you need to do is stop taking them to the dog park. They will not be fully vaccinated at six weeks of age, and it is not safe at all to take Oscar and Harper places where many dogs can frequently. They can contract parvo or distemper, both of which are horrible and fatal diseases. They should not be taken outside your backyard until they are fully vaccinated. They need their first round of shots now, and then will need two additional series of vaccines four weeks apart. Ten days after they receive their final round of vaccines, then it will be safe for them to go to the dog park. As for their behavior when you leave, it sounds like they may be suffering from separation anxiety. I would recommend crating them in separate crates when you are gone. The crate will provide them a small space where they can feel safe in it when you are gone. You will have to slowly train them to get used to a crate. Start putting them in it when you are home and sitting nearby so they doesn't think you are abandoning them, and slowly increase the time they are in it. They can have toys in their crates, and puzzle toys with treats in it that they have to figure out how to get the treats out. You can put a tablespoon of peanut butter in a Kong toy and freeze it in the freezer overnight, then give it to them in their crates. That will keep them occupied for a while. Finally, you can get a pheromone diffuser called DAP that helps dogs with anxiety.
