It is nearly impossible to say how much the visit would cost - veterinary services can vary widely depending on your area and even hospitals close to each other can have different costs for services. Your veterinarian will perform a physical examination and could either recommend pain medication and continued bandaging if the nail looks okay, or might recommend sedation to clean the nail area, antibiotics, pain medication or even x-rays if there are concerns about the appearance of the nail base. I often recommend a cone or e-collar as well to prevent licking. You could always call your vet in the morning and ask about the cost of a physical exam, and then request an estimate for recommended tests and treatments once your vet has a chance to see the nail.

They will cut the nail, remove it from the pad, clean the wound with antiseptic and probably prescribe an antibiotic and a pain medication. It is likely to fall for itself but monitor closely for increasing pain or swelling which would require a vet visit to remove the nail and assess for infection. Bathing twice daily in salted water can help prevent infection

You should take her to the vet as the broken piece may need to be removed. The vet can also prescribe an antibiotic to prevent infection and pain medication to help manage the discomfort. Soaking her paw in a warm Epsom Salt solution might also help.

They can consider removing the dew claw to take the source of pain away or it can be treated with pain medications and antibiotics for instance. In the meantime, keep him from being able to reach it as he will likely want to lick or chew at it which can make it a lot worse. You may use an e-collar for that purpose. Good luck!
