I don't recommend raw diets. There is a chance that bones could cause a GI obstruction, splinter and perforate the GI tract, and bones do break teeth. In addition, there is the risk of getting sick from Salmonella and E.coli from the raw meat to both Luther and you. Royal Canin has a Dalmatian Junior food for puppies from 2 months of age to 15 months. It is specially formulated to meet a Dalmatian's nutritional needs. I am not sure which brands you have in your area but I love royal canin, science diet, iams, and purina. If you don't have these brands, the main thing is that you want to try to find a large breed puppy formula for him to be on until he is about 1 year old. I would start by stopping the milk as this can cause him to have an upset tummy. Royal canin does a really good puppy food which I trust for my own dogs. Don't listen to things like not feeding puppy food, there is no evidence for that. It is actually really important to feed puppy food because a puppy has different needs to an adult. Energy level has more to do with the carbohydrate in the feed rather than protein.

Any food that has an AAFCO certification label on the bag has been tested to be well balanced. And any food that is labeled for puppies is designed to support growth. So I would go with a small breed, puppy dog food with an AAFCO label. I really like the following brands: Royal Canin, Hill's Science diet, Evo, and Eukanuba. This is an extremely bad diet for your dog, you must give hima lot of meat, in fact meat needs to be the majority of what he eats. you should not give him any milk, vegetables are fine (excluding onions, garlic).
