No, I don't recommend that at all. A one month of age, he is old enough to be weaned onto puppy food. To help Rudy wean and to get used to dry food, I would soak a high quality puppy formulated dry food in warm water until soft. Then mix that with puppy formula such as KMR to make a mush the consistency of oatmeal. Over the next two weeks, gradually increase the amount of dry puppy food and decrease the amount of water and KMR you use until he is eating the dry puppy food only.

Bread isn't really a great choice to feed a dog, it is quite stodgey and fattening and the gluten can upset dog's stomachs. Moreover an occasional egg is okay but they are quite fatty so shouldn't be fed all the time. With this diet your dog is likely not getting the correct balance of nutrients. I would highly recommend feeding the best complete dog food you can afford, twice a day. If you really want you can add healthy foods to the diet to supplement it.

Dogs and cats are actually lactose intolerant and ingesting milk isn't an appropriate diet for an almost adult lab. Bruno needs to eat a commercial adult dog food. If he doesn't like what you are feeding him: add water or a little canned food with or without water or change brands of food. I am not sure based on your post if his appetite change is a new thing. Chapatis, oats, and rice are not a balanced or healthy diet for a dog. Dogs need protein and calcium as well as many other vitamins and nutrients, and that diet you provided doesn't give him that. I see that Max is six months old, so he needs a puppy formulated food. Puppies need higher amounts of calories, protein, and calcium than adult dogs, and a puppy formulated food will provide that for him. I would not give him human food any longer, and put him on a puppy dog food until he is 12 months. Then he should be on an adult dog food. Brands I recommend include Royal Canin, Hill's Science Diet, Purina ProPlan, and Iams. I would also have a health check for him with the vet. He may be feeling unwell from have a nutrient deficient diet, or he could also have a medical illness causing the loss of appetite.
