The nexgaurd should not interact negatively with the spot-on product or bath because they work differently. If you are having difficulty with fleas in your pets then you may also need to treat your home and possibly your yard. Vacuum all floors (including wood floors) and furniture and throw the contents in the trash outside, wash all pet pedding in hot water if possible and put in hot dryer. Either can be combined and given at any time with Frontline. They do make better, longer acting flea control pills such as Nexgard or Simparica that you give monthly or Bravecto that is given every 3 months

I’m sorry it’s not working! I would give Bruzer Capstar. It’s a one time pill that starts killing fleas in 30 minutes, and it’s safe to give now. Give it once a day until it’s been a week since you applied the Advantix, and then give him the Nexgard. Also be sure to disinfect your home, as fleas live in the environment, not on the dog.
