You can add water to Guinness's food daily if you wish. Wet food can stick to the teeth more which can cause dental disease or may worsen current dental disease so you may want to stick to just the hard kibble unless your veterinarian has recommended extra water be added to his diet due to a medical condition (such as kidney disease for example).

Depending on how long ago the procedure was, dogs can sometimes eat kibble still (typically at least three weeks after the procedure). If she does need it to be softened, equal amounts of water to food is perfectly safe for her.

No, you should never mix dry food with water, it's not a good idea it makes the food soggy, less tasty and it goes bad very quickly this way. do not worry, your dog will drink the amount of water she needs even without mixing the dry food with water.

Hello and thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. It is not true that moist kibbles increase the risk of bloat. The risk factors for bloat include feeding one large meal rather than 2-3 meals, feeding from raised bowls, exercising after a meal. Bloat is also more common in nervous dogs. As long as you try and avoid these risk factors, you can feed Spike moist kibbles.

Is my dog food for puppies or adults? Can I add human gravy?

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! If the bag says it is for "All Life stages" then it is fine for growth (meaning for puppies). I would try to not add human foods. If your dogs won't eat this food well I would try a different brand or try adding water to the dry food or even add a tablespoon of canned food with water. Adding human foods is a slippery slope. Can I add a spoonful of gravy to my dog's dry food? Is it safe?

I do not recommend supplementing a complete & balanced dog food with anything. The granulated gravy may add flavor, but it's not adding any nutritional value for Bailey. However, as long as you keep fresh water out all the time, and Bailey has no underlying health conditions which would require food modifications, it's not a big deal and is likely fine to continue.
