My stray cat has enlarged nipples. Is she pregnant? Vet check-up cost?

FeLV and FIV testing is about $50. Deworming is about $30 (depends on medication used). Fecal is you elect to send it would be about $45. Spaying costs about $200-300. I hope this helps!

At 28 days the kittens can be seen on ultrasound and after 45 days they can be seen on an X-ray. Vetco doesn't offer blood work or X-rays so you would have to see your regular veterinarian. If Rosey doesn't have access to the outdoors and other intact male cats I do urge you to have her examined. If she is not pregnant she could have worms or abnormal fluid in her belly from something like FIP. I hope this helps and I wish you and Rosey the best!

The cost of a spay varies greatly but the least expensive option typically is doing it at your local humane society which you may qualify for. HI, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Her belly and mammary glands do not look distended enough to be pregnant unless she is early pregnant (2-4 weeks). I think she might be in heat. I would try to keep her inside as it doesn't take cats very long to get the deed done! Cats are pregnant for 60 days, so if her belly and mammary glands continue to get larger then she is likely pregnant and you'd have kittens 4-6 weeks from now. Good luck!
