How can I stop my cat's loud, random yowling and meowing habit?

Unfortunately it's impossible to know why Adik is meowing so much! If the cats are not spayed and neutered, he is more likely to reactive if the female is coming into heat or if there are other un-neutered males outside. If they are not spayed and neutered, I recommend to have this done. This may help to decrease reactivity but it may now fully control it. Other things you can do are related to environmental enrichment. If only Cas could talk! It’s hard to know why this is happening. It’s possible he is seeing another cat or an animal outside or that perhaps a cat is spraying by the door and he can smell it. He may also be restless and need stimulation. Cats can become more vocal when they are in discomfort. Monitor him very closely for any changes in behavior (eating, drinking, urinating, defecating....etc) as this could indicate a medical cause. You may also just play it safe and have him examined by the veterinarian. The doctor may wish to check his urine as crystals in the urine can be a source of discomfort that may not show many clinical signs. At home you can try a daily vigorous play session for 30 minutes, offering him climbing opportunities such as shelving units or a tall cat tree, a pheromone diffuser and wiping it down the doorway with a cleaning solution. If at-home treatments haven't been helping you may want to talk to your vet about a short-term sedative or anxiety medication that may help Watson during the transition and is a little more powerful than calming treats or pheromone diffusers. Once he seems settled in, you may then be able to gradually back off the medication and return to normal. Ruling out any health issues while you are there such as pain, blindness, hearing issues, etc may also be helpful as these can cause confusion and yowling in cats as well. Adding in a few nightlights, especially if Watson is an older cat that may have trouble seeing may help him calm down, especially if the yowling happens at night. Providing plenty of places for him to hide, perch, or explore safely may also help him to settle in.

Mosi may be bored and frustrated. There are some things you can try at home. Set aside 30 minutes a day for vigorous play for him. Try giving him a food puzzle or kibble dispensing ball. It may be difficult to distract Archie. You can try playing with him for 20-30 minutes daily and this will make him tired. You can try the Feliway diffuser as the pheromones may help to calm him. You can also try blocking the windows so he cannot see the other cat. Lastly get him a tall cat tree with a hide box on the top. I would recommend starting by using Feliway products to help calm him. There is a Feliway spray and diffuser that I would recommend using. This product contains a pheromone that helps make cats feel more secure and they typically do calm down. If he hears other cats outside this may make him more prone to meowing incessantly. Interactive toys may help as well. There are automatic laser toys that shine a laser on the ground and this keeps some cats busy for hours. If Lewis is an older kitty, he could be suffering from dementia, or some other cognitive disfunction disorder. There is also a possibility that he is confused at night, or lonely. He may appear confused and unable to find his way around at night. Meowing or crying would be typical of that. Try leaving a small light on at night, call him when he yowls or snap your fingers, to tell him he is not alone. He may then want to join you in bed, which would comfort him and calm him down.
