My 10-week-old Ragdoll kitten goes limp. Is this behavior normal?

He’s a good looking cat! The going limp on your lap is generally not abnormal. Some cats get very relaxed and some freeze if they are afraid. Reading the rest of his body language will tell you which it is. If you notice lameness, I recommend to record him walking or whenever it is that you notice he lameness and then set an appointment with his veterinarian. This may be a seizure. Make sure he is in a safe place where he can't hurt himself, away from furniture or anything that can fall on him. If he seems to be recovering, call your veterinarian and let them know what happened. Keep a close eye on him, if he has another seizure on the heels of this one, then he needs to be seen by your vet right away. Sustained or repeated seizures can cause the body temperature to rise to dangerous levels and increases the risk of brain damage.

This could also be normal in a kitten as they are not always very active at that age.
