My pregnant cat bled, now looks not pregnant. Did she eat kittens?

Hi ! She could be having troubles giving birth, kittens could have died and be still in her tummy, does she look like she has given birth and her tummy is not distended anymore ? If so she could have more likely hidden the kittens rather than eaten them.

Please take her to your nearest vet if labour does not progress within the next hour. What she has passed may be a deformed kitten but now that she has started the rest of the litter must follow or she is at severe risk of infection

It sounds like Callie is no longer showing signs of active labor, and some bloody discharge can be normal for days to weeks following the birth of a litter. It would be unusual however for her to have only one kitten and I would be concerned that there might be other kittens left behind. I would recommend seeing a vet as soon as you can - if there are other kittens that are alive but distressed a c-section might be necessary, and if there are other kittens that have died Callie probably would still need surgery to have them removed.

It's likely that Princess has hidden the kittens in a safe place rather than eating them. The big belly is probably due to intestinal parasites, which are common in stray cats. Princess will need a deworming treatment from the vet, as will her kittens. I would try to find the kittens, and then bring Princess and her kittens into the vet for an exam and deworming treatment. There is also a chance that her big belly is due to a medical illness, so I would recommend getting routine blood tests and a urinalysis done her on as well.

Yes, it is possible that Precious could be having a miscarriage. It could also be she has an infection causing her to lick there a lot. It isn't normal for a cat to bleed during a pregnancy, and this is something that needs to be checked out by a vet. I'd advise you to take her into a vet now. Best of luck.

Poor Cinnamon. Unfortunately without seeing her in person, it is impossible to say for sure what could be the cause for the blood. It could be a urinary tract infection, a uterine infection, colitis (blood from anus), or even a miscarriage. I have see straight blood come from all of these conditions. I would strongly recommend have your vet take a look at her to try and figure out what could be causing the blood. Your vet may be able to determine whether or not she is pregnant and also determine the cause of the blood and get her started on the proper (and safe) meds to help her feel better. If she is having a miscarriage and the fetuses die but she doesn't expel of them, this could cause her to become really sick if left untreated.
