If the kitten is 1-2 months old than she should be able to eat some regular cat food, especially if you get wet food and add some water to it. Human baby formula is not ideal but if you can't get kitten milk replacer and she is not eating solid food than you could give her some. It would be best to use a kitten formula or just regular cat food. Most kittens than are 2 months old are ready to be weaned from their mothers.

He needs to be fed every two and half to three hours, and this includes the night. They need to be fed about every 4-6 hours. If they are eating kitten food then you do not have to worry about milk and bottle feeding. Make sure they stay warm. They are old enough to be dewormed. The one kitten appears to have a discharge from the eyes, this may be a sign of a respiratory infection which is common in kittens. I would have them checked by the vet for medicine before it affects their appetite and spreads to all of them

I recommend using a bottle with a small nipple - you can find kits for newborns at most pet supply stores. A commercial milk replacer like KMR is best, and you should feed the kitten every 2-3 hours. The kitten should be taking about 25 ml of milk per day and you should offer the bottle with the kitten laying on its stomach, not held on its back like a baby. You will also need to stimulate the kitten to urinate and defecate after eating by rubbing a warm washcloth on the genital and anal openings - neonatal kittens cannot urinate or defecate on their own. If the kitten is not interested in the bottle you may need to tube feed and should see your veterinarian for a demonstration.
