My newborn kitten has a stomach cut. Can I treat it at home?

Pet's info: Cat | Turkish Van | Male | 2 days old | 0.22 lbs

Mufeen is two day old. He had a cut on its stomach. Doctors are saying no need of stiches it will cure itself. I am not sure that it will cure itself.So is there any way to treat it from home or should we leave to cure itself?

It should heal itself. You can apply a topical wound ointment like this one:

I agree with your vet - putting a 2 day old kitten under anesthesia to put stitches in this is not a good idea.
