My cat has a belly cut and I can't get to a vet. What should I do?

It appears to be minor but without a close physical exam, this cannot be confirmed. Keep the area clean and dry. You can use a diluted Betadine or chlorhexidine (Hibiclens) solution to clean it daily. If you notice the other cat licking at it, separate them until it heals completely. If you notice Helia licking at it, place an e-collar (cone) on her until it heals.
