What to do if my male cat threatens newborn kittens under the porch?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you think she has kittens under the deck? Also, by the incision, I assume that means you had her spayed and this incision is now completely healed? Or is the incision closed but not healed? If the incision is not healed, she needs to come inside asap. Put food and treats outside and try to catch her again. You can also buy/rent live traps for cats. Try to find a way to climb under the porch to rescue the kittens. They may still need food, milk or formula depending on their age. You may also contact your local shelter to see if they can provide assistance or know of anyone who can. If you can take a flash light and spot the kittens, you may be able to scoop them out with a pole. The mother will likely come out and may not be as afraid of you since she now associates you with food. Keep a towel with you so you can grab her if needed. It might really stress her out to be inside if she's never been inside, so I would just leave out food for her, and set up a shelter for her and her kittens. I would try to catch her after the kittens have weaned, and have her spayed. If she will allow it, I would try to handle the kittens to tame them so you can find them homes. I hope this helps!

If you move them, she may move them back or somewhere else that you may not be able to monitor her. Provide plenty of fresh water for her. Feed her kitten food until the litter is weaned. Leave bowls close to her so she won't have to go far from her litter.

Hello. Usually, the reason a mother, any mother, will harm her young is if she feels they are in danger. Try & keep the area where she had the kittens as quiet as possible, limiting visits & unnecessary handling of the kittens. Keep other pets, especially other cats out of the area, too. Keep food, water & a litter box close so she does not have to leave her babies, but make sure everything stays clean & no insects or vermin are attracted to this. The only thing you can do is removing him from the rest and from his mother, separate him completely in a different room and feed him kitten milk replacer every 2-4 hours until he start eating by himself.
