My male cat meows non-stop to go out. Is neutering the answer?

Hello, So I've picked up my male cat Fedi out of the street when he was fairly small, and I've adopted him for over a year. At 6 months he would go outside of the house and comeback by himself and if we locked him in the house he would meow for a bit and stop. Nowadays, my cat goes crazy if he's locked in the house he goes non-stop very loud meowing and if I let him go outside he won't comeback unless I force take him back to the house. His activities in the street is chasing female cats.

Cats who are not neutered are generally more interested in fighting and breeding than they are their human family. I recommend to have him neutered as there are many health and behavioral benefits:

I would say it is time to neuter Hobi! He is likely yeowling at night by the window because he wants to go prowling for females with whom he can mate. Even if he does find one to mate with, he's still going to want to go out every night to find females, so the way to stop this behavior is to have him neutered. I see that Lucifer isn't neutered. More than likely, he has reached sexually maturity, and wants to go out to find females with which to mate. Probably soon he will start urine marking in the house to mark his territory. Even letting him out to mate will not stop the behavior, it will continue. Dexter may be craving extra attention! It is unlikely that this behavior was caused by him being neutered. As kittens get older, they become more and more adventurous and brave. Try to find activities for him inside to burn off some of that energy. You can find cat toys that you hide food in that he has to play with to get the food out, feather toys, crunchy sound toys, or balls with bells. He may also enjoy being able to sit in a window to watch the people outside - you can try a cat treehouse/condo or a window perch.
