My kitten won't eat or drink, vomiting after spay. What should I do?

I am concerning that Luna isn't eating or drinking, and while you can see a decrease in appetite and activity after vaccines, it isn't normal to stop both eating and drinking completely. First I would try to tempt her to eat with some boiled white meat chicken (no bones) in some low sodium gently warmed chicken broth or tuna in spring water. You can also offer her small amounts of Pedialyte. If she refuses to eat or drink those things, then yes I would take her into an emergency vet right away.

This is highly abnormal, it could be due to pain or due to an infection. You need to take her back to your vet today in order to be checked, the vet will probably give you some more pain killers and possibly an antibiotics injection.

Poor kitty! If she is vomiting and not eating or drinking, this is a serious problem - even if the problem began because of stress, she will quickly become dehydrated if this continues. I would recommend having her examined by a vet as soon as you can - he/she can do blood work and x-rays if needed to find out what's wrong and get her started on IV fluids and other supportive care if needed.

After 3 days, the recovery from anesthesia should be gone and she should be feeling like her old self and normal. For her to not have an appetite at this point is concerning something else is going on and it is not part of the surgery recovery. I would recommend taking her to a vet for a check up. They can take her temperature and make sure she is not dehydrated. They can see if there is an infection or a virus that is making her feel bad. Continue to do broth or you can try tuna or the juice to encourage her to keep fluids in until you get her seen. I would also try to keep the other cats away from her so she can rest.

Poor girl. She may have an infection still present, it really is unsure until the vet examines her. There really isn't much you can do besides get her on antibiotics once she see's your vet. You should just offer her some yummy food, preferably canned tuna and white rice or some other canned food to try and entice her to eat tonight and make sure she's comfortable. I would recommend that you take Arfa to your vet for a physical examination and possibly diagnostic testing, such as bloodwork, parvo testing, or x-rays. The symptoms you describe are a little vague, but could be caused by bacterial infection, viral infection (such as panleukopenia virus), intestinal parasites, intestinal obstruction, among many others. At this point, offer Arfa many different types of dry and wet cat food and even kitten milk replacer to see if you can entice her to eat. You can also syringe her water or pedialyte to try to maintain hydration, however this can worsen nausea. Many times kittens that aren't interested in eating need IV fluids to stay hydrated. Periset is an anti-nausea medication. Mega CV is an antibiotic. Polybion is a vitamin supplement.

Oreo’s incision looks to be healing normally. Continue to check it every day for redness swelling or discharge. G.I. upset is the most common side effect from the drugs used during the procedure. I recommend to call the veterinarian and they may recommend a bland diet and a probiotic. If the diarrhea becomes persistent or if Oreo starts acting sick, then she should be seen.
