Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Male | neutered | 7 months and 11 days old | 14.2 lbs
My kitten Kylo is 7 months old full breed Maine Coon has Mild Tricuspid Valve Dysplasia. He was 100 percent healthy. I brought him to be neutered on 12/14/18, he ate the first day. But then woke up on 12/15 with completely water poop (tan color) the vet did tests , xray shows a inflammation in the gi tract. Now he is vomiting on top of the poop. Nothing I'm doing is working. What happened to him? He was only neutered.

These are very worrisome symptoms. The vomiting and diarrhea might not be related to his recent neuter. I would recommend seeing a veterinarian as soon as possible -they would probably recommend checking blood work and x-rays and can start some treatment to make him more comfortable.
