Fostering kitten for about 2 weeks. She was doing great other than the scab that has formed on her from the umbillaical cord, and missing a couple poos. Yesturday, We found that her left arm was completely swollen, and she doesn't use it at all. called the vet, but they said since she is so small, taking her to the vet would be too stressful for her so we should keep at home. Today her paw is completely limp and she is weaker and not as motivated to eat.Vet said same thing. Im afraid, what to do

The swelling may be related to the fluids he got but i would be very concerned that he is still mot eating and recommend you return urgently for a recheck, he will likely need antiinflammatory and possibly antibiotics, special food and fluids
