Kitten's genital swollen after mom bit; is she able to urinate?

I need urgent help. My 2-weeks old female kitten has a wounded genital. Her mom cat accidentally bit it due to excessive cleaning last week. It wounded her genital linings real bad that blood came out. Now it doesn't look redish anymore but pinkish and I think its healing already but it still looked swollen to the point that I can't see its urinary tract lining. It worries me because her tummy is a bit wide in shape I wonder if she is urinating at all. She's looks healthy has a big appetite.

Poor kitten! I agree with you that this is concerning - in a tiny newborn kitten like this, a minor wound can cause internal injuries easily because they are so small and fragile. In addition, I would worry about this wound becoming infected and causing additional problems because of this.

I would recommend taking the kitten to a veterinarian right away for an exam. Your vet can palpate the abdomen and may also take x-rays or do other testing if needed to determine if there are any serious problems. He/she can also prescribe an antibiotic to prevent infection of the wound.

This could be an umbilical hernia, or an infection of the umbilicus (belly button). I'd recommend having this kitten examined by your vet to see if any treatment is needed. If it is a hernia repair might be recommended when the kitten is older.

The kitten needs medication, I recommend taking it to a veterinarian as it sounds like it needs antibiotics and possibly pain medication as well. Do not give any human medications as many are toxic to cats. Depending on exam findings, the vet may recommend xrays as well if they suspect significant trauma to the leg. My cat has a stomach hole and tail swelling after a fight. Vet help?

Mano should be examined by a veterinarian. Cat bites can quickly become infected which will require antibiotics for treatment. The puncture in her abdomen should be examined to make sure it did not puncture the abdominal wall. This would be a serious situation. The swelling near her tail could be a developing abscess. You can share pictures if you request a consultation, but Mano would be better served by a physical exam followed up with the appropriate veterinary treatments.

My kitten was bit by a cat, has belly wounds. What to do?

I'm sorry but there is absolutely no way I can tell you whether or not the kitten will survive. Bite wounds don't usually cause death, it is the secondary infection they cause. Since you didn't give us a valid zip code I cannot give you any ideas of where you could take her for treatment in your area. I suggest you find a way to get her to a vet. If you can't, then she may pass away. That is the best I can tell you without examining her myself. If you want to post again with your location we can maybe give you some ideas of where to take her for an exam.

5-week-old kitten has diarrhea and a swollen anus. What should I do?

My biggest immediate concern would be for intestinal parasites. Most kittens have them, and if she hasn't seen a vet yet and been dewormed, she needs to. She's suffering pretty significant fluid losses for a tiny creature. Make an appointment tomorrow, and bring a stool sample with you, so that the type of parasite can be determined and appropriate treatment started.
