It could indicate the stool is more loose and is messy so Sofia is trying to clean the area. It can also mean something like a piece of hair is hanging out of the rectum. KitKat May have full anal glands. These are scent glands at the end of her rectum. I would recommend bringing her to your veterinarian to have them express her glands to make herself comfortable.
