My kitten is lethargic and not eating. Should I separate from litter?

Kitten is lethargic and not taking much kmr compared to rest of litter. Do I separate from litter or keep with litter?

IT might be a good idea to separate her, keep her a little warmer and this way you can put more attention on her and help her survive these first few weeks of life. if needed feed her with a syringe very carefully.
