Why is my kitten inactive and not eating after fever treatment?

What a cute kitten! Offering a meat flavored baby food may help entice him to eat. Warming his food may also allow him to smell it better which will help his appetite. Offer him small meals several times a day as his stomach is too small to eat a lot at one time at this age. Definitely have him rechecked by your veterinarian if he's not eating by tomorrow. I hope he's feeling better soon.

I'm sorry Bernadette was sick! It sounds like she's doing much better, but I would expect her to take a few days to be 100% back to normal. A fever that high can take a lot out of them. If she's still on antibiotics it can cause some stomach upset as well, which may be affecting her (don't stop the antibiotics without talking to your vet, though). I hope she's back to normal soon!

I strongly recommend getting your cat seen by your vet as soon as possible. Cats can sometimes get fevers with no known origin and it makes them not want to eat. A cat cannot go more than a couple days without eating before they develop liver damage. Your cat may need fluids and supportive care in order to lower his temperature back to normal and support him until his appetite returns.

There are many things that can cause a cat to have a fever and these include pancreatitis, pneumonia, FIP, systemic infections, foreign body ingestion and septic peritonitis, among many others. I advise that you have Mia evaluated by your veterinarian as some of these conditions can be managed to try to get Mia to feel better. At the very least, Mia can be started on symptomatic therapy for now until your veterinarian is able to figure out what is wrong with her.
