Kitten bit by dog in face, now sneezing a lot. Should I worry?

It is possible that the bite wound may be deeper than it appears, it may need stitches, or it may need antibiotics to prevent it from becoming infected. Yes, I would be concerned that there may be internal injuries, especially as she is bleeding when she sneezes and she is also likely to be in significant pain and discomfort. Dog bites are at significant risk for infection also so I strongly recommend a full check up by your vet

The damage to the tissues under the surface of the skin is often much more extensive than the small puncture seen on the skin. It's possible that this bite wound caused damage to his nasal passages, or even just enough soft tissue swelling and inflammation around his nasal passages to cause him to sneeze. Bite wounds also introduce a lot of bacteria and can become infected quickly. You should take Ruger to the vet now for evaluation. Your vet will want to do a full physical exam and may recommend sedating him to more extensively evaluate this puncture wound. Based on their exam findings, they will likely prescribe antibiotics and anti-inflammatory pain medications to help Ruger recover. I hope that he feels better soon!

It sounds like he was hit hard enough in the head and face to have concussion symptoms. He may have fractured bones in his face or nasal sinuses. The blood indicates trauma to his nose which you are seeing by the swelling. This could be inflammation or something is broken. Sneezing is a normal response to inflammation/pain/irritation in the nasal cavity or sinuses. If the bleeding continues, he acts abnormal or extra sleepy, wont' eat or play then he needs a Vet exam. Otherwise you can watch the swelling and sneezing. If there is no improvement by Monday in the swelling he should be seen. I wish Sebastian the best!

Ideally, the kitten should be physically examined by a veterinarian to diagnose any other injuries. If it is a minor bleed, it should stop with some gentle pressure. If there is internal injury, that can be addressed by the veterinarian after the exam. Monitor for lethargy, ataxia (wobbly gait), difficulty breathing, pale gums, uneven pupils or bleeding from the ears or anywhere else.

You need to monitor her closely in the next 48 hours, the sneezing is probably from falling on the nose and that should resolve soon enough. you also need to check the eye every day and make sure the pus does not get worse, if it does then there is an active infection and you will need to take her to the vet to get it treated.

Well, this may or may not be related to the dog attack. Respiratory signs are very common in cats even when don't think there should be a cause. I'm glad she is feeling otherwise fine but you should take her to your vet for an examination. She could have a sinus infection brewing or there may be an infection in the tooth socket where the tooth was knocked out. I suggest you get her examined before it gets worse. Best wishes!
