Yes, this is quite concerning and I reccomend having a vet evaluate the kitten to ensure the wound is cleaned well and closed. Otherwise, this problem can persist and cause serious complications. I hope that helps and the kitten gets better soon.

This sounds like she has a mild upper respiratory infection, or a cold. While this usually will improve without treatment I would not have the dental done on Wednesday. Her cold could spread to other cats in the hospital. The anesthesia and stress may make her cold worse too. I would reschedule for two weeks, she should be fine then. More then likely she is having a flare up of an upper respiratory virus with the stress of surgery. Most cats are exposed to these viruses, such as cat herpes, and stress can elicit a flare up. Sneezing, runny eyes/nose, congestion, etc. are common. If there is any discoloration to any discharge, cough, or she is not eating well a recheck with your vet is indicated. Yes, I would be concerned that there may be internal injuries, especially as she is bleeding when she sneezes and she is also likely to be in significant pain and discomfort. Dog bites are at significant risk for infection also so I strongly recommend a full check up by your vet
