My kittens have diarrhea and worms. What's the best treatment?

Neither Revolution nor homeopathic wormer will kill tapeworm. You will need to get a wormer for tapeworm, ie get a wormer that contains praziquantel. You can give this now, it will not interfere with the Revolution.

No there is not. You will want to have the fecal done to confirm the infection, so that your vet can prescribe an antibiotic as needed, or other treatment options if an infection isn't the cause. Just giving a general antibiotic may not target what is wrong, or may not be the right antibiotic for the specific type of infection.

You are not giving the correct medication. If you are seeing tapeworms, small flat worms or rice like segments near the anus, then you need a prescription dewormer from your veterinarian. I recommend taking a fecal sample in and have them look for parasite eggs under the microscope. Then they can make sure they give you the proper medication. Tape worm segments look like small grains of rice or sesame seeds. Regular wormers do not kill tapeworm. You would need to use a wormer with the ingredient Praziquantel. Since you mention that he is a kitten, it is better to have him wormed by your veterinarian. Tapeworm will likely not kill your kitten, but it needs to be treated. From the picture these look to be tapeworm segments. Often you will see them dried on the rear end too. Pyrantel is a great broad spectrum dewormer, but it doesn’t kill tapeworm. Poor kitties. YOu should be able to get both treatments from your local pet store. There are many variations to the brands available, but they should all be mostly effective. Tapeworm medication can come in the form of "Praziquantel" or some variations of this and some ear mite medications you may see are "Acarexx", "Milbemite" or some other off brand. 1 treatment should resolve the infections your kitties have. I would also recommend getting them on a flea preventative (if they are old enough) to prevent re-infection with tapeworms, since tapeworms come from flea ingestion or ingestion of poop that is infected with them.
