Yes it ia sbsolutely ok to treat her for fleas. I would use a spot on such as Advantage or frotnline Plus or similar spot ons. and you can get some Pyrantel Pamoate from your veterinarian to worm her (it is a liquid, that does not taste terrible) or a Drontal for cats tablet.

Sounds like the first thing I would do is try and deworm all these kitties, as this could very well be the reason for their diarrhea / general GI issues. There are many different oral dewormer products, some of which are pills while others are liquids. If you can't touch them but you are confident that you can feed each one individually (without another cat snagging food), you can sneak Drontal tablets into each of the cat's daily feeding in some wet food. That does not look like a typical worm. If you can't take her to a vet, the best thing would be to get a stool sample and just take the sample to your vet for an analysis to determine if she has any parasites. You could also buy a broad spectrum dewormer and treat her for parasites or use Revolution on her which would treat for fleas, heartworms, roundworms, and hookworms. All the cats in the house will need to be treated with the deworming treatment and flea treatment. If two of the cats have fleas, then the third likely has them as well and needs to be treated. Even if the third doesn't at the moment, there will be fleas in the home, and it could easily get them, so it does need protection. In addition, it is possible that your third cat also has tapeworms. You are correct about Pyrantel not treating tapeworms. Septran (trimethoprim sulfa) is an antibiotic drug that does not treat parasites. In order to kill the tapeworms you will need to get a drug called praziquantel.
