My kitten has diarrhea again after probiotic paste. What should I do?

  Diarrhea can be many things. Make sure you are feeding a high quality food, make sure she has been dewormed.
  
  I would recommend she be examined and have a fecal performed. I do a fecal float (to look for intestinal parasites) and a direct smear to look for bacteria like campylobacter or Protozoa like Giardia.
  
  I treat w meds based on fecal results.
  There are probiotics for cats that may help. A bland high fiber food may help.

  I suggest you start with trying a probiotic since she seems to be otherwise acting normally. I strongly suggest you get Fortiflora as it is by far the best probiotic in my opinion. It is a powder that you put on the food daily. It is very palatable and most cats eat it readily. You may, however, want to mix it in just a touch of the canned food since she really likes that to make sure she eats all the probiotic. I would feed the probiotic for at least 14 days even if the diarrhea clears up in a few days. If no improvement after about a week I would say you should get her to your vet for an exam and fecal test. Since she goes outside she could have picked up something like giardia, coccidia, roundworms, hookworms, etc.

  If you can't find Fortiflora you can try a different probiotic but it must be made for animals, not humans.

  Poor Artemis! I recommend to have her tested for giardia to be safe. If she is negative, I recommend a food trial with a diet called Royal Canin Selected Protein PV (it's formulated for growth). There are other types of food trials using a hydrolyzed protein and these tend to work better but they don't support growth so they should not be used.
  Yes, continue probiotics until 3 weeks into the food trial (then you will need to stop in case there is something in them that triggers a reaction).
