Ever since worming my kitten she hasn't been able to hold her herself. She will be standing or laying and poo will drip out. Like diarrhea it's been like this for days.

The diarrhea could be related to the deworming. I suggest you start her on a probiotic. I like Fortiflora. I would give 1/2 packet on food twice a day for two weeks. Do not use human probiotics. If you can't find Fortiflora then you can use any probiotic made for cats.
