My found kittens have bloody poop and won't stop crying. What's wrong?

Poor kitties. It sounds like these kitties likely have an intestinal bug causing their symptoms. I would visit your vet to have their stools tested first to determine what bug is present, and then they can get prescribed the appropriate dewormer. They may also need to do a short course of antibiotics to get the gut flora back to normal, especially if you are seeing them straining (colitis). I hope that your little ones feel better soon! The may have died from an infection and dehydration since they had constant bloody liquid stools. Those kittens may have had weaker immune systems than the rest. Without actually doing some testing, it is impossible to know for sure. The best way to prevent the other kittens from catching what they had would be to disinfect everything, deworm the other kittens, and make sure they are vaccinated properly. It looks like Ollie might be having a partial rectal prolapse, which can happen with diarrhea from things like parasites or from constipation. Small specks of red blood during a bout of diarrhea is not unusual as the delicate lining of the back passage can become damaged from straining. As long as he is bright and alert, eating and drinking it would be ok to leave him but if any lethargy, weakness or vomiting occurs he should be seen urgently by your vet. Be sure he is up to date with deworming medication as intestinal worms are a common cause of diarrhea in young kittens

It sounds as Prince is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could be cat distemper which is a very severe disease in non vaccinated kittens. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an antibiotic course and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
