Updated on September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Himalayan | Female

I took a street kitten this morning. It has a tumor like blood clot right above the rear legs nearer to spine and its rear legs are weak. What should i do in home? Can i remove the clot?

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!

With out examining Kitty or seeing a picture I can not advise removing the clot. Can you repost with a picture? I would have Kitty examined by a Vet.

I wish you the best!
