Hello I just adopted a female neutered cat but my 10 month old male cat (intact for now but fixing him soon) tries to bite the back of her neck and mount her she doesn’t let herself and manages to push him off her, will he kill her if he can’t mate with her? If left alone?

Male cats do not go into heat, only intact female cats go into heat, but the behavior Keneau is showing is a sexual behavior. This is something intact male cats do when they are mating with an intact female cat. It can also be a dominant behavior. If he is not hurting her when he does this, it may be more of play thing but I would discourage him from doing it. When you see him start to do this behavior, distract him a toy and a treat. Good luck, I hope this helps!
