Is human conditioner safe for my cat's skin or will it make him sick?

My mom used human conditioner on my car and I am worried it is going to make him sick

Without knowing the exact ingredients of the conditioner, I can't say for sure it won't make him sick but typically Jasper would have to ingest it to cause toxic problems. As long as your mom washed it all out, he should be fine but it may dry out his skin and you could see some flakes and dandruff. If you do, you can give him a bath with vitamin E oil to try to add moisture to his skin. I would not use the conditioner again on him. If you are very concerned about the ingredients of the conditioner, I recommend calling the Pet Poison Hotline at 855-764-7661. It's a $49 charge but they have veterinary toxicologists available 24/7, and they can let you know if there are any ingredients in the conditioner that could be toxic to Jasper. I hope this helps!
