What a beautiful cat! I can't see into the ears much but it looks like she may just have dirt or old wax debris in the ears. If she isn't scratching at them/shaking her head and they are not red/inflammed it isn't as concerning. What is very concerning is the fact that you say she has bone sticking out of the leg. If this is the case, she must see a veterinarian, as this is a dangerous situation where bacteria could enter the bloodstream through the exposed bone and cause her to become seriously ill.
