Is my female cat in heat or does she have worms? How to tell?

The signs you see when a cat is in heat are mostly behavioral. Many cats become very affectionate, demanding constant attention, and rolling on the floor. If you stroke their back, they will raise up their rear end. They also become very vocal. Some female cats will spray urine to mark their territory.
